Kathy Dale Consulting is primarily focused on accommodating the leadership needs of Educators. However, we believe that all people are leaders, and all can grow into stronger, more effective leaders through the greening and metamorphosis processes.
METAMORPHOSIS is a wondrous natural process of change from one form to another. Perhaps the best example of this is the butterfly, which changes from a crawling caterpillar to a flying masterpiece of art.
There is a growing number of leaders who embrace metamorphosis as a natural process of leadership development—a nutrient-rich process where leaders move through stages of development that recreate leaders anew with each stage.
This site was developed for those who wish to explore the options and opportunities to recreate themselves as leaders destined for greatness, personally and professionally. It was designed to be more than a resource, but a safe, comfortable, restful and rich place to stimulate growth.
